Ti Art Studios is located at 183 Lorraine Street and provides New York City's visual artists with exceptional studio spaces and amenities. We work with our artists to create an atmosphere of collaboration and learning in the hopes of promoting each artist's growth. Located at the intersection where Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, and Redhook meet, our facilities are located at the heart of three artistically vibrant neighborhoods.
Our facilities feature Sweet Lorraine Gallery, which is an artist run gallery featuring monthly shows of new work by local artists. Ti Art Studios also features secure 24/7 access, two independent kitchen areas complete with slop sinks, two sets of bathrooms, a shower, vending machines, refrigerators, microwaves, communal carts, ladders, vacuums, a spray booth, a critique/photo area, free high-speed wireless internet, and a lovely balcony perfect for grilling out or just grabbing a bit of fresh air.
All studios are private with 12 foot ceilings and a locking door. All utilities are included in the rent of each studio. This includes heating, water, electrical, garbage pick up and recycling.
Ti Art Studios is managed by Chris Lucius who has a studio on the floor and is passionate about promoting and developing the studio space and the artists who work in the space.
